Refund Policy
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable regulations (for example, Article 102 et seq. of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 in Spain), the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase, except for products that have been opened or personalized.
Since these are collectible items with high demand and a high risk of fraud, once purchased, TCG products cannot be returned except in exceptional cases such as loss of the product, non-delivery, or a substantial change in its characteristics, such as not being available in the language indicated on the website.
1. For products that do not arrive, a cancellation of a reservation, or a defective product, the refund will be immediate under the stipulated policy.
2. Refunds will not be accepted for products you have received because we cannot guarantee that they will be sold as new, as stipulated by consumer regulations focused on collectibles.
3. In the event of a reservation being cancelled, given that these are personalized and made based on consumer demand, the case will be evaluated, and if feasible, a refund will be issued within 90 business days.
Requirements for returns:
Product in perfect condition and with its original packaging
Prior notification by email to [freakkingdom.net]
Return costs are borne by the customer (except for defective products)
Returns are not accepted on:
Opened or used products (e.g., opened envelopes)
Clearly personalized or custom-made products
Pokemon TCG, Magic the Gathering, or other collectible card game products.
WARRANTY
The products sold have a legal guarantee of conformity according to current legislation.
In case of receiving a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, within a week it should be done
the refund.
